I am incredibly impressed with the shading around her nose. I love it when people use tone rather than lines to create facial features. You have shaded that skin beautifully- look at the slight darkening around the edges of the lips! And the shading of the neck veins! Fantastic.
In terms of tonal range, possibly something in the picture needs some more darker shading. Maybe the hair at the back of the head (next to the neck?)? I would also be interested in seeing the eyebrows created from lotsa individual hairs (lotsa short lines) rather than a block eyebrow. But I guess it would be hard to do that and keep her blond.
Nonetheless, this is fantastic work. Keep it up!
